陳瑞琪先生,一九四八年出生于香港,廣東省江門市人。歷任廣東省江門市荷塘鎮(zhèn)委副書記,江門市林業(yè)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總公司、吉林省合裕金礦業(yè)有限公司、廣東大粵新能源科技股份有限公司、合裕投資有限公司總經(jīng)理、副總經(jīng)理等職務(wù)。
